š¢ Important Update: Attendance, Engagement, and Participation Report š¢
Kia ora WhÄnau,
Yesterday, you should have received an Attendance, Engagement, and Participation report for your child who attends our Kura. These reports will now be sent out fortnightly to keep you informed about your child's progress.
These reports serve as a snapshot of your child's attendance, engagement, and participation in each subject class over the last fortnight. They are designed to highlight any areas of concern early on and to keep you informed about your child's achievements.
Each aspect of your child's performance will be marked on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 indicating a concern and 5 indicating excellent performance.
Each subject will include an email contact for the respective teacher. We encourage you to reach out to the teachers via email if you have any concerns or questions about your child's report.
We believe that open communication between teachers and whÄnau is vital for the success of our students, and these reports are just one way we aim to foster that communication.
