If you love football and futsal then we want to hear from you. Our dedicated coaches and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about these two exciting sports. Futsal is played in Summer (Terms 1 and 4) and Football is played in Winter (Terms 2 and 3) so if you love kicking a ball around then you can do so all year round. Football games are held locally as well as in Taupo and Tokoroa.
2026 Season
Trainings for both futsal and football are held once a week, with futsal sessions taking place in the Arena (school gymnasium). During the season, teams generally have one game per week.
Trials
Trials will be held before the start of the season to place players in the appropriate team. All players are welcome to take part, whether experienced or new to the sport.
2026 Fees
Fees are set each year and must be paid before the season begins. Please check with your TIC for the current yearly fee amount.
Uniform
You will be provided with a Rautāwhiri uniform to wear for games. Students also have the option to purchase a Rautāwhiri sports shirt and hoodie.
